We offer a range of service levels to suit any project, from a thorough rewrite to a quick proofread.

We have a great deal of experience in editing and rewriting manuscripts and documents where the native language of the author is not English. Our aim is to produce a document that is grammatically correct and easy to understand without ever compromising the content or diluting the style of the original author.

For writing and editing work we are happy to tackle a range of subjects, not just science. Some examples of clients are listed on our about page.

How much does it cost?

Our rates are competitive and based on those suggested by the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (www.sfep.org.uk).

As an example, proofreading would be set at £19.75 an hour, copyediting (onscreen) at £22.50 an hour and in-depth editing/rewriting at £26 an hour.

These rates are only suggested, however. We are happy to consider any reasonable set rates if your project or company has already established these (depending on material to be worked on), or flat fees for a fixed amount of work.
